Instructor Terms of Service

By registering as an instructor on BookMyDrive.ca, you agree to these terms.

1. Platform License

Aum Infonet grants you a limited, non-exclusive license to use the BookMyDrive software to manage your driving instruction business.

2. Instructor Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining accurate availability and pricing in your dashboard.
• Communicating professionally with students.
• Ensuring all driving instruction complies with local provincial regulations and safety standards.

3. Subscription Fees, Trials & Cancellation Freedom

Subscription management criteria are defined transparently inside the platform:

• BookMyDrive.ca Access: Subject to a 3-month (90-day) zero-cost assessment trial for early adopters, followed by standard premium licensing rates.
• Cancellation Clause: All application licenses operate on a Month-to-Month renewal structure. There are no locking long-term commitment contracts, allowing tenants complete freedom to cancel platform subscriptions at any chosen interval without termination penalty fees.
• Financial Independence: BookMyDrive.ca provides the tools for managing bookings and logging payments. You are entirely responsible for all tax filings and business licensing associated with your driving school.

4. Liability

Aum Infonet is not liable for any disputes, cancellations, or incidents occurring during driving lessons booked through the platform. Instructors agree to indemnify Aum Infonet from any claims related to your business operations.

5. Termination

Aum Infonet reserves the right to terminate accounts that violate our community standards, engage in fraudulent activity, or fail to comply with these terms.
